The place we start
The body is often our most direct way in. Through yoga, strength, mobility and bodywork, we explore how movement can build resilience, release tension and bring us out of our heads and into something we can actually feel. Strong when we need it, soft when we don’t; and always with room to breathe.
The bridge between body and mind
You breathe around 20,000 times a day, mostly without giving it a second thought. Through pranayama and breathwork, we explore what happens when you start paying attention. Different techniques can energize, focus, settle and prepare the mind for meditation, making the breath one of the simplest tools we carry with us everywhere.
Beyond the thinking mind
The mind does a lot more than think. It interprets, remembers, anticipates, reacts and shapes how we experience pretty much everything. Through meditation, yogic philosophy and self-inquiry, we practice noticing what’s happening beneath all that mental noise; thoughts, emotions, patterns and everything in between. Because sometimes understanding the mind starts with learning how to feel.
